How do I become a member of the Cross Brand Cowboy Church?

There are three ways to become a member of Cowboy Church:

By statement of faith. This means that you have accepted Christ and been biblically baptized by immersion (i.e. dunked), but are unable to acquire a letter of church membership from another church. In this case, we will simply accept your word that you are a baptized believer and add you to our membership.
By letter. This means that you have accepted Christ, been biblically baptized, and are a member of another church. In such a case, you may request that Cowboy Church write to your previous church and request that they transfer your church membership to us.
By baptism. This means that you have accepted Christ as your savior and desire to be baptized. Because deciding to follow Christ is such a significant decision, Cowboy Church does not believe that any person can make this choice for another. For this reason, Cowboy Church does NOT accept infant baptism.

Is there a place for the kids and young adults?

There sure is! We have an active and growing youth group meeting on Wednesday nights at the church. The church now has a Student Pastor, Travis Wright, with more than 50 youth. We've even had to get the youth their own out-building for Wednesday meetings. We're also growing a children's ministry on Sundays and on Wednesday nights.

We continue to grow weekly, adding both seasoned and greenhorn christians, with a common need for a pasture to graze together in God's care! Most Sundays we've got over 800 people gathered to worship and hear God's word. We've already had to bust out the walls in 2007 to add more seating to the auditorium and we anticipate another building program very soon to accomodate our growing congregation. But we were happy to do so, so come on by and join us!
